Analysis: Many United fans will remember Herrera from last summer as David Moyes tried to sign him. However, it didn't quite work out and was one part of a disastrous transfer window. However, with a new manager this year, United managed to execute and actually make the signing. Herrera is a very talented young midfileder who United clearly need as it was obvious from last season Carrick, Cleverley, and Fellaini were not up to the standard. Because Herrera is young, it may take some time for him to settle down in a new country. However, he is very lucky to have joined Manchester United because United already have two spaniards in David De Gea and Juan Mata who have not only managed to settle down in England but become crucial parts of the team. De Gea and Mata will be able to help Herrera adapt to the English culture and hopefully his comfort will translate to good performances on the pitch. Herrera has a lot of potential but he must work hard to ensure that it doesn't go to waste.
